BNF is a national qualification programme with more than 25 years of consulting experience with jobseeking academics.

BNF supports people with tertiary education with (re)orientation processes, defining a professional focus, and developing networking strategies. To this purpose we offer personal consulting, participation in BNF project work, as well as specialised job application and complementary professional courses.

BNF has a high success rate: approximately 70% of our participants enter the labour market.
